Trey Halberdier cofounded BANDIER Realty Partners in 2007 with his long-term friend and business partner, Rob Banzhaf. Prior to founding BANDIER Realty Partners LLC, Trey spent several years with some of the largest leading commercial real estate firms in the United States.

He currently represents Fortune 500, multi-national, private and public entities in all facets of commercial real estate advisory, investments and developments. Trey, like his business partner, quickly realized his passion was greater than the sole practice of Brokerage & Advisory. His innate entrepreneurial abilities launched him into the creative dynamics of a real estate investor and developer. Therefore, he created BANDIER to be the most distinctive, "high-octane" boutique investment, development, and brokerage firm in Texas.

EDUCATION

Mr. Halberdier graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing at The Fisher College of Business. While studying at The Ohio State University, Mr. Halberdier won Big Ten Conference Varsity Scholar Athlete Awards and a Big Ten Championship as a four-year letterman playing Division 1 Big Ten Varsity Men's Soccer. Trey is affiliated and member of CommGate, NAIOP, Texas Young Professionals, CoreNet, HAR/TAR, ULI, CCIM and CREAM.

PERSONAL

Mr. Halberdier enjoys his family time with his wife Paige, young son Gavin, and two precious daughters Lyla and Libby Rose. Trey and his family are committed members of The Woodlands United Methodist Church. He serves as a Board Member of Commercial Gateway Houston, and past Vice President for The Ohio State University Alumni Association Chapter in Houston. Most recently, Trey became a mentor with Investor Mentor Program in the Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston C. T. Bauer College of Business. Trey is a lifelong member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity Alumni Program, and an active youth Soccer Coach in The Woodlands Community. Trey also loves to golf, read, and most everything to do with the outdoors.

Robert Banzhaf cofounded BANDIER Realty Partners in 2007 with his long-term friend and business partner, Trey Halberdier. Prior to founding BANDIER Realty Partners, Rob had spent several years with some of the largest International real estate firms representing multi-national and international firms with acquisition and/or disposition needs. After playing two years of NCAA Division I soccer at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Mr. Banzhaf went on to obtain his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Banzhaf is a licensed Broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is also a very active member of the community serving as President of The Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County, President of Montgomery County Texas Exes, 2011 graduate of Leadership Montgomery County, and a member of multiple affiliations including ICSC, Houston Realty Breakfast Club, South Montgomery Chamber of Commerce, Greater Conroe Chamber of Commerce, TAR, HAR, and NAR.

PERSONAL

Rob is a resident of The Woodlands and spends much of his free-time with his wife, Angela, sons, Parker and Austin, and his daughter Lucille. He is a member of St. Anthony of Padua and is a long-time mentor to Jordan through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. When time permits, Rob enjoys golfing, fishing, running, and competing in triathlons.

Michelle Mathenia joined BANDIER Realty Partners, LLC as Executive Vice President. With over 20 years commercial real estate experience, Michelle has built an outstanding reputation as a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic. Her proven record of providing excellent internal and external client service to accomplish team goals align well with the BANDIER core principles.

Prior to joining BANDIER Realty Partners, Michelle was involved in acquiring, managing and marketing property valued in excess of $225 million in the Houston area. Her vast experience in commercial real estate marketing, development and management translates into a true understanding of the real estate process from start to finish.

Michelle is responsible for the overall management and direction of all facets of BANDIER and it's respective divisions. The primary executive duties include brokerage, property management, development/acquisitions, strategic planning, implementation and financial aspects of the firm.

Michelle holds a Texas Real Estate License, member of the Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County (CREAM), the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Michelle is a long time resident of Spring where she resides with her husband Kris, and three teenage sons, Kyle, Jake and Dillon. Michelle is an active member of The Woodlands Church. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and the outdoors.

Jody J. Czajkoski brings a fresh perspective to the Firm's seasoned professionals offering experience in strategically utilizing his wealth of investment and market knowledge of Harris and Montgomery County to sell and develop real estate. His expansive network of developers, investors, users, and third-party real estate providers enables Czajkoski to locate significant hidden opportunities.

Czajkoski serves as Vice President of the Investment Services division of BANDIER where he is responsible for locating, listing, and marketing property sites for industrial, retail, office, medical and multi-family developments.

Prior to BANDIER, Jody worked with Moody Rambin Interests possessing core competencies including initiating and evaluating new development opportunities, overseeing existing portfolio of projects, performing feasibility studies, due diligence, coordinating purchase negotiations, planning and project management, permitting and construction, preparing periodic development activity reports, contract management, mediation and resolution of problems and overseeing construction from inception to completion. Prior to Moody Rambin, Jody was President, proprietor and founder of Ski Real Estate and Housing Inc, CEO and founder of J. Riley Homes, L.P. , and founder of Ski Investments.

Previously, Czajkoski spearheaded the turn around of Neckover Manufacturing. He oversaw management while this multimillion dollar company doubled sales and production within 3 years. This venture includes the branding, marketing, sales, and dealer relationships for a 40 year old trailer company.

Czajkoski is a licensed real estate Broker and Realtor with the Texas Real Estate Commission. As a citizen of this great community, Czajkoski is connected to and invested in and the future of Conroe. He lives in Wedgewood with his daughter and wife who is the white collar crime prosecutor for the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.

Karla joined BANDIER Realty Partners as Operations Manager in the summer of 2011. She has relevant experience in Corporate Leasing, Property Management, Sales and Marketing. Karla performs a significant role by implementing best practices and processes for the Firm and BANDIER clients.

Karla, and her husband Doug, are long- time residents of The Woodlands. They have two grown sons and welcomed their first grandson on New Year's Eve 2010. Karla is an active member of Community Christian Church in The Woodlands. She serves on the Women's Steering Committee and also sings with the church's praise team.

Krissie is an Associate Director/Broker with BANDIER who specializes in Property Management and Landlord Tenant Representation. Prior to working for BANDIER Krissie was the Director of Leasing and Property Management for a large Houston Development and Investment Firm. Krissie brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience and offers a wide range of real estate experience such as Site Selection/Acquisition/Disposition, Corporate Relocation, Investment Opportunities, Ground up Development, Property Management and Landlord Tenant Representation.

As a Property Manager, Krissie has been responsible for the management and reporting activities of over 400,000 square feet of Class A mixed-use, office condo, hospital and retail space. Overall, she has contributed to the direct management, leasing and marketing of commercial real estate and has achieved high tenant retention rates well over 90%.

Krissie focuses heavily on customer service and works closely with tenants, ownership interests, asset managers, and lenders to meet and exceed all objectives.

EDUCATION

After finishing school Krissie went on to receive her Real Estate License in 1999 and then her Brokers license in 2005 with the Texas Real Estate Commission. She is also a member of multiple organizations such as C.R.E.A.M., The Junior League of North Harris & South Montgomery Counties, The South Montgomery Chamber of Commerce, TAR, HAR, and NAR as well as an active volunteer with several local non-profit organizations.

Krissie is a long time resident of The Woodlands where she resides with her husband Brian, daughter Lauren, son Cooper and dog Wrigley. Krissie is an active member of The Woodlands United Methodist Church. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as enjoying her membership with North Houston Adventure Boot Camp and the YMCA.

Jason joined BANDIER Realty Partners the summer of 2009. Jason's wide range of experience includes Property Acquisition/Disposition, Sale Leaseback Analysis, Investment analysis, Land Purchasing/Disposition, Equity Placement, Tenant Representation, and Landlord Representation. This vast experience translates to an innate understanding of the real estate process and a complete command of the transaction from start to finish. This insight enables Jason to identify and recognize the thought processes and motives behind decisions which drive the Tenant, Landlord, Buyer, and/or Seller. Jason's focus within the BANDIER team is working with ORE dispositions, debtor/creditor workouts, and obtaining funding for investment properties. Jason serves an integral role in the BANDIER F.A.S.T. Team (Foreclosure Asset Services Team). His background in finance is a welcome addition to the Firm, as he has an in-depth knowledge of financial forecasting and evaluation of real estate assets.

Jason received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado in Finance, also completing certificate programs in Real Estate and International Business. Throughout his college career he was active in the banking and financial services industry, establishing a list of contacts within Colorado and Texas. Jason played on the Lacrosse team while attending the University of Colorado.

PERSONAL

Jason is a former high-school and college athlete and still enjoys an active lifestyle. While not at work Jason enjoys weight training, playing golf and tennis, as well as wake boarding on the weekends.

Tiffany joined BANDIER Realty Partners as an Associate in January 2011.  Tiffany is a young professional who brings valuable knowledge of the Houston/Montgomery Market and has a proven track record of outstanding sales and customer service.  Tiffany will be focused on corporate advisory services, business development, and specializing in Landlord/Tenant Representation.

Tiffany received her Bachelor in Business Administration in Marketing from Sam Houston State University and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent.

Tiffany resides in the Woodlands with her husband Jeff since 2009. They enjoy spending time with their two dogs, friends and family.

Texas licensed real estate broker DJ Forsyth joined BANDIER Realty Partners in 2010. Prior to his association with BANDIER Realty Partners, DJ was President of a Custom Homes building Company in Montgomery County. DJ has been involved in residential real estate for the past 12 years in all different aspects.

Upon graduating from college, he became interested in real estate and real estate investment - and never looked back. DJ is a full-time, professional, and committed to his clients. He takes pride in his work and values the relationships that he has built. DJ relishes the opportunities to help his clients - from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors - realize their goals and dreams. Because of his combination of professionalism and knowledge of both sales and construction, his clients consistently return to him for their real estate needs. Mr. Forsyth is a resident of The Woodlands and enjoys his family time with his wife Meagan, his 3 year old son Brady, and his 7 year old daughter Mackenzie. DJ and his family are committed members of The Woodlands United Methodist Church. DJ also loves to golf and do just about anything outdoors.

David joined BANDIER in March of 2011. David has several years of experience in the banking industry as well as secondary market commercial loan due diligence. David's key roles at BANDIER include bringing value to the Foreclosure Asset Services Team (F.A.S.T.), analyzing investment opportunities, and handling client Acquisition/Dispositions.

EDUCATION

David received his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of North Texas in August of 2010. During his undergraduate studies, David was active in the UNT Real Estate Club and participated in many professional functions.

PERSONAL

David resides in Conroe, Texas with his wife Kendra, and their dog Henry. They attend Crossroads Baptist Church in The Woodlands. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as many outdoor activities including sporting clays, hunting, and fishing.

Greg joined BANDIER Realty Partners as an Associate in the summer of 2011. Mr. Belcher has an extensive background in upscale residential sales, residential, commercial, and agricultural construction along with 18 years in consultative sales and marketing. He has worked with corporations and individuals in debt management, asset repositioning, and asset protection. His entrepreneurial experience, in starting and operating multiple businesses, allows for an in-depth understanding of the multi-faceted needs of businesses and corporations.

Mr. Belcher's focus is on Corporate Advisory Services, Land Acquisitions and Brokerage, Agricultural Acquisitions and Brokerage, and Tenant/Landlord Representation.

Greg's commitment to understanding and protecting his client's best interests has enabled him to develop many long lasting business and personal relationships. These relationships have also facilitated networking opportunities and partnerships for some of his clients that have resulted in positive solutions and business opportunities.

Mr. Belcher attended the University of Texas Arlington and studied abroad at Oriel College, Oxford University. He holds a Texas General Lines Agent license for Life, Accident, Health & HMO, and has been involved with the Greater Houston Builder's Association (GHBA).

PERSONAL

Greg and his wife Kristy live in North Spring with their son Keegan, and their twin girls Kaitlyn and Vanessa. He is a member of Houston Northwest Church and is active with the Boy Scouts of America. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time camping and fishing with his family and hunting with his son. Greg is heavily involved in whitetail deer management, and he is honored to be a part of hosting wounded veterans through Combat Marine Outdoors on his ranch in South Texas.

Ryan joined the BANDIER team in September of 2011. He has significant experience in customer service and sales. Ryan's focus is primarily on tenant representation, corporate advisory, and office owner representation in north Houston and Montgomery County. He has extensive knowledge of the Montgomery county market, which will provide the necessary tools and intelligence for success at BANDIER.

EDUCATION

Ryan received a Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance from The University of Houston. During his undergraduate studies, Ryan also received a certificate in Professional Selling that will contribute to his success at BANDIER.

PERSONAL

Ryan lives in Conroe and grew up in The Woodlands. He likes to spend his free time with his friends and family. Ryan is starting to learn golf, and likes to spend times outdoors at the lake or running. He is a member of St. Simon and Jude Catholic Church in The Woodlands.
