Trey Halberdier co-founded BANDIER Realty Partners in 2007 with his long-term friend and business partner, Rob Banzhaf. Prior to founding BANDIER Realty Partners LLC, Trey spent several years with some of the largest leading commercial real estate firms in the United States.

He currently represents Fortune 500, multi-national, private and public entities in all facets of commercial real estate advisory, investments and developments. Trey, like his business partner, quickly realized his passion was greater than the sole practice of Brokerage & Advisory. His innate entrepreneurial abilities launched him into the creative dynamics of a real estate investor and developer. Therefore, he created BANDIER to be the most distinctive, "high-octane" boutique investment, development, and brokerage firm in Texas.

Mr. Halberdier's wide range of experience includes Property Acquisition/Disposition, Sale/Leaseback, Investment Analysis, Ground up Development, Build to Suit, Design Build, Land Purchasing/Disposition, Business Development, Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, Syndication, Promotion and Financial Services/Placement for Investments & Developments and (Pre)Foreclosure Advisory.

EDUCATION

Mr. Halberdier graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. While studying at The Ohio State University, Mr. Halberdier won Big Ten Conference Varsity Scholar Athlete Awards and a Big Ten Championship as a four-year letterman playing Division 1 Big Ten Varsity Men's Soccer. Trey is affiliated and member of CoreNet, HAR/TAR, ULI, CCIM and CREAM.

PERSONAL

Mr. Halberdier enjoys his family time with his wife Paige, young son Gavin Adair, and his precious baby daughter Lyla Paige. Trey and his family are committed members of The Woodlands United Methodist Church. He serves as Vice President for The Ohio State University Alumni Association Chapter in Houston and is a lifelong member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity Alumni Program. Trey also loves to golf and the outdoors.

Robert Banzhaf co-founded BANDIER Realty Partners in 2007 with his long-term friend and business partner, Trey Halberdier. Prior to founding BANDIER Realty Partners, Rob had spent several years with some of the largest International real estate firms representing multi-national and international firms with acquisition and/or disposition needs. While consistently being a top producer at these firms was rewarding, the desire to own, develop and to invest with his clients is where his true passion lies.

Mr. Banzhaf's wide range of experience includes Property Acquisition/Disposition, Sale Leaseback Analysis, Investment analysis, Ground up Development, Build to suit, Land Purchasing/Disposition, Equity Placement, Tenant Representation, and Landlord Representation. This vast experience translates to an innate understanding of the real estate process and a complete command of the transaction from start to finish. This insight enables Rob to identify and recognize the thought processes and motives behind decisions which drive the Tenant, Landlord, Buyer, and/or Seller.

Mr. Banzhaf has used his real estate experience to benefit many clients including Citibank, G.E. EDUCATION

After playing two years of NCAA Division I soccer at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Mr. Banzhaf went on to obtain his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Banzhaf is a licensed Broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is also a member of multiple affiliations including ICSC, C.R.E.A.M., Houston Realty Breakfast Club, South Montgomery Chamber of Commerce, TAR, HAR, and NAR.

PERSONAL

Rob is a resident of The Woodlands and spends much of his free-time with his wife, Angela and son, Parker. He is a member of St. Anthony of Padua and is a long-time mentor to Jordan through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. When time permits, Rob enjoys golfing, fishing and running.

Victor Muzny began working as a consultant with BANDIER Realty Partners in 2008 and joined the firm in a full-time capacity in early 2009. Prior to joining BANDIER Realty Partners, Mr. Muzny spent more than seven years in the construction industry; most recently, as a Project Manager for a Houston based general contractor.

Mr. Muzny not only utilizes his past construction experience, but also draws from the education received while obtaining his Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Texas A&M University, to compliment the many talents of the versatile Bandier Team. This experience includes managing construction and development projects of all asset types such as residential (both single family and multi-family), medical and dental, industrial, educational, faith-based, office and retail properties.

Victor also works with the BANDIER F.A.S.T. Team (Foreclosure Asset Services Team) assisting banks and lenders with the marketing and disposition of REO Properties. His wide array of contacts and construction knowledge proves an invaluable resource to his clients.

Mr. Muzny brings a detail-oriented approach to his dealings with BANDIER while directing activities associated with the physical aspects of real estate development. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to property disposition, management of ground-up development, project management, and construction management of build to suit projects, and redevelopment and repositioning of existing or distressed properties.

EDUCATION

Mr. Muzny received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in Industrial Distribution and returned to obtain a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Texas A&M’s College of Architecture. He is an active member of ULI, NAIOP, CREAM, and several other industry associations.

PERSONAL

Victor is a resident of The Woodlands where he lives with his wife, Carrie, his daughter, Reese, and son, Grant. Victor enjoys water sports and spends much of his free time on Lake Conroe with friends and family. He is a member of The Woodlands United Methodist Church.

Texas licensed real estate broker Paula Hamilton joined BANDIER Realty Partners in 2009. Prior to her association with BANDIER Realty Partners, Paula led one of the top real estate teams in Montgomery County serving as the Executive Director. Paula maintained the position as a Top Producer throughout her tenure with the firm while leading the team in business development, marketing, financial forecasting and strategic planning.

Mrs. Hamilton began her real estate career in residential sales with an emphasis on new construction and farm and ranch sales. Throughout the years, Paula's vast personal sphere of clientele began creating commercial real estate opportunities. Paula's interpersonal skills have given her clients the expertise and skill needed to drive investor and developer relationships. Bringing various professionals together for the purpose of creative real estate investment opportunities is one of Paula's specialties.

Paula is a very active member of Montgomery County and in the real estate community. A recent graduate of the inaugural Texas Realtor Association Leadership class, Leadership Montgomery County graduate are just of few of the leadership groups that Paula has been a part of. Mrs. Hamilton also servers as a board member for the Conroe ISD Scholarship Foundation and sits on the board for Healing Species. Paula is an active member of the Chamber as well as many other philanthropic organizations.

EDUCATION

A two-time All-American Collegiate Cheerleader for the University of North Texas, Paula spent four very rewarding years in college. Receiving a B.S. degree from North Texas put Paula on the path of being a business owner and now as a successful real estate broker.

PERSONAL

Paula has lived in Montgomery County for over two decades and resides in The Woodlands with her husband David. Paula and David have one teenager left at home with the other three well on their way to being contributing adults in society. As an active fitness enthusiast, you can find Paula running or working out.

David joined the BANDIER team in October of 2008. David's primary focus with BANDIER is business development for tenant representation. His background in accounting makes him a valuable asset, as he understands the complex economics involved in real estate transactions, and the importance that real estate plays in companies operating efficiencies.

EDUCATION

David Graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Accounting. While in college, David was an active member of the Beta Theta Pi social fraternity, the Beta Alpha Psi accounting honor society, and he also worked for the Birmingham based Capstone Development Company. He is now a Member of the Houston Chapter of the Auburn Alumni Association.

PERSONAL

While not at work, David enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, running, and deer hunting.

Jason joined BANDIER Realty Partners the summer of 2009. Jason has been involved around the banking world for many years, bringing to the BANDIER team significant contacts and expertise necessary to work related financial institutions within their scope. Jason’s focus within the BANDIER team is working with ORE dispositions, debtor/creditor workouts, and obtaining funding for investment properties. Jason serves an integral role in the BANDIER F.A.S.T. Team (Foreclosure Asset Services Team). His background in finance is a welcome addition to the Firm, as he has an in-depth knowledge of financial forecasting and evaluation of real estate assets.

EDUCATION

Jason received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Finance, also completing certificate programs in Real Estate and International Business. Throughout his college career he was active in the banking and financial services industry, establishing a list of contacts within Colorado and Texas. Jason played on the Varsity Lacrosse team as Team Captain while attending the University of Colorado, as well as remaining active in the weight-room.

PERSONAL

Jason is a former high-school and college athlete and still enjoys an active lifestyle. While not at work Jason enjoys weight training, playing golf and tennis, as well as wake boarding on the weekends.

Ryan joined the BANDIER team in June of 2009. Ryan’s primary focus is working with the BANDIER F.A.S.T. Team (Foreclosure Asset Services Team) assisting banks and lenders with the asset valuation, management, marketing and ultimate disposition of REO Properties. His background in urban development provides him the knowledge to quickly underwrite commercial assets and devise a marketing plan to best fit the particular property. Ryan also oversees all the due diligence and property evaluations for BANDIER’s Real Estate Auction division. Through the Auction process, Ryan is able to create extraordinary value to his clients by orchestrating a debtor/creditor workout plan to benefit all parties involved.

EDUCATION

Ryan graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and received a Business Certificate through the Business Foundations Program. While in college, Ryan worked for Los Angeles based Cornerstone Alliance/CDP Properties in Austin. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas and is now a lifetime member of the Montgomery County Chapter of the Texas Exes Alumni Association.

PERSONAL

Ryan lives in The Woodlands, TX and while not working, he enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his dog Dakota, as well as wake boarding, playing tennis, basketball, and golf. Ryan has been a member of The Woodlands United Methodist Church for 12 years and enjoys attending some of the different ministries they offer.
